Every claim on this site is collected from a named public source, graded by a fixed system, and tracked until it is confirmed, denied or expires. Nothing is published without attribution.

A claim starts at its strongest source's tier weight, gains 10 points per independent corroborating source, and loses 10 where the wording is hedged. Grade A is 80 or above, B is 65 to 79, C is 50 to 64, D is 35 to 49. Confirmed and denied are terminal states, not grades.
Every claim carries the date it was published or spoken and the season it concerns. A claim with no fresh corroboration for around four weeks drops to stale and leaves the front page. Claims about already-settled contract cycles are archived, not presented as live.
An on-the-record denial is tracked like any other claim. If a denied move is later confirmed, the denial counts against the denier's accuracy record. Where we get something wrong, the correction is published in the Corrections and Denials column and the original page is updated with a note, never silently.
When an official announcement resolves a rumour, every source that made a claim about it is scored. The Pundit Table shows claims tracked and claims proved right per source; percentages appear only once a source has resolved claims on record.
We monitor 23 public sources across podcasts, specialist press in four languages, forums and social media. Quotes are kept short and always credited and linked. Rider career data comes from our sister site Motocross MECCA, a results database covering 1952 to today.
